Meadow Hill Estates is a thriving neighborhood located near the City of Frisco, Texas. This community, which was developed between 2000 and 2008, is comprised of magnificent single-family houses ranging in size and price. Meadow Hill Estates offers resort-style facilities and special events to its residents and is conveniently located near major routes for easy commuting throughout town. Meadow Estates residents also enjoy a serene setting while being close to a variety of local entertainment and recreation alternatives.

History

Meadow Hills Estates was formerly a portion of Meadow Hills Country Club, a private club founded in 1957 by 100 predominantly Jewish families. The Country Club was unique in that it did not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, or religion and was intended to serve as a rival to Green Gables Country Club. Initially, only the clubhouse and swimming pool were constructed. Members then began constructing dwellings on nearby properties that had been subdivided from farms.

Since Aurora’s annexation, the community has continued to grow – one lot at a time. In 1992, the covenants were authorized. The final remaining lot was developed in 2019. As a result, a distinct neighborhood of big lot custom houses spanning 60 years of architectural design has been created.
