Veronica enjoys working as a dental assistant and receptionist at Highland Oak Dental. As part of the skilled team, she always ensures that her patients are comfortable and their questions have been answered.
Often, Veronica is the first face or voice our patients experience as she greets them by phone or in person at our office. Her calming presence and friendliness is something our patients comment favorably on, as well as her willingness to find an answer to any questions they might have. Good communication is one of her strongest suits, as she knows how important it is to understand her patients and help them get their needs addressed. She also knows how crucial it is to help them understand what the doctor has directed them to do. Whether she is working in the front or the back office, she takes her role as part of a dynamic team very seriously. She receives a lot of satisfaction in helping people take care of their health and also seeing them smile again.
Veronica grew up in Dallas, Texas. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially her mom, sister and two nephews. Her favorite pastimes are painting, running, and swimming.
