Location and Natural Environment
Panther Creek Estates is situated near Hunt, Texas, between Mystic Crossing and Panther Crossing, on the banks of the Guadalupe River’s South Fork. Only eight lots, ranging in size from 12 to 21 acres, are part of this exclusive neighborhood, six of which face the Guadalupe River and two of which flank Bear Creek. The community’s 1.4-acre river park is accessible to all residents and is located near the community’s entrance. Each of the eight lots has paved road frontage on a private community road with an attractively landscaped and electric gated entry off Highway 39. Each property not only offers outstanding live water frontage but also provides building sites with breathtaking vistas. The quality requirements were put in place to keep the value of each property intact.
A regulated wildlife exemption is in effect on each property. For many years, the land has been home to wild Whitetail Deer, Axis, Wild Turkey, and other exotic and native species. Between The Mystic and Panther Crossings, the Guadalupe River is a deep, wide, and clear section of the river not far from the South Fork’s headwaters. Fishing, kayaking, swimming, snorkeling, and breathtakingly stunning scenery are all available in this section of the river. Rarely does the opportunity to purchase lakefront property in this exclusive and highly sought-after location emerge. (Source: farmandranch.com)
