Free Whitening Offer FAQs

Will whitening make my teeth sensitive?

Some people feel mild, temporary sensitivity while whitening. The gel in your kit includes potassium nitrate, an ingredient used to help reduce sensitivity. If your teeth feel sensitive, you can skip a day or shorten your sessions, and let our team know. We’ll talk about sensitivity at your exam before you start.

How long does each session take, and how long is the treatment?

Each session is about 15 minutes, and the wireless LED light mouthpiece has a built-in 15-minute timer, so you don’t have to watch the clock. Most people whiten once a day for about 7–10 days. We’ll go over exactly how to use your kit at your visit.

When will I see results?

Many people notice a brighter smile within 7–10 days of daily use. Results vary from person to person and depend on the type of staining. Whitening works on natural teeth only; crowns, veneers and fillings won’t change color.

How long do the results last?

That depends on habits like coffee, tea, red wine and tobacco. Good brushing and flossing and regular cleanings help your smile stay bright longer. The kit comes with a shade guide so you can track your shade at home.

What if I want more dramatic results?

Ask about upgrading to custom KöR® whitening. It uses whitening trays custom-made from impressions of your teeth and is designed for deeper or more stubborn stains. Dr. Gadhiya can tell you at your exam whether it’s a good fit and what it costs.

Who qualifies for the free kit?

New patients using dental insurance, adults 18 and older, who complete a new-patient exam, X-rays and cleaning at our office and are good candidates for whitening after the exam. One kit per person. Offer valid Nov 1 – Dec 31, 2026; while supplies last.

Do I need dental insurance?

Yes. The free kit is for new patients using dental insurance. Your exam, X-rays and cleaning are billed to your insurance at your plan’s negotiated fees. We’re in-network with most PPO plans and happy to check your benefits before your visit. No dental insurance? Ask about our $99 new-patient special instead (the free whitening kit isn’t included with it). We do not accept Medicaid or CHIP.

Can I combine the free kit with other offers?

No. Can’t be combined with other offers, the $99 new-patient special, or membership plan discounts.
