How to Use Your PPO Benefits With Us
Highland Oak Dental is in-network with most PPO dental insurance plans. Because networks change, the quickest way to confirm yours is to call (214) 308-5359 with your plan name and member ID, and our team will check your benefits before your visit.
What In-Network Means for You
- Negotiated fees: we bill your plan’s agreed fees, which usually means you pay less than out-of-network.
- Claims filed for you: we submit claims and help you understand your explanation of benefits.
- Estimates first: you get a written estimate of your share before any treatment.
Using Your Benefits Before They Reset
Many PPO plans reset on January 1, and unused cleanings or annual maximums don’t roll over. If you have treatment planned, ask about scheduling it before the end of the year.
Plans We Don’t Accept
We don’t accept Medicaid, CHIP or HMO/DMO dental plans. If you don’t have insurance, ask about our $99 new-patient special* or our membership plans from $29 a month.
New Patients With Insurance
November 1 through December 31, 2026: new patients using dental insurance can ask about a free LED take-home whitening kit** with their first exam, X-rays and cleaning, if whitening is right for them.
