Pet Policy
There is a maximum of two pets allowed, with a rent of $20.00 per pet.
Dogs and cats are welcome in our neighborhood. A total of two pets are allowed in the unit. The pet rent is charged on a monthly basis per pet. The following are the deposit amounts for one pet: A $500 deposit plus a $250 non-refundable pet fee equals a total of $500. Deposits for two pets are as follows: The total cost is $600, which includes a $300 deposit and a $300 non-refundable pet fee.
Restrictions
Aggressive dog breeds, such as German Shepherd, American Staffordshire Terrier, Malamute, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Great Dane, Chow, Saint Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, Akita, and any mixed breed that includes the aforementioned, are specifically prohibited, and the Landlord reserves the right to limit other breeds. Feral or wild animals that are inherently harmful or strange are not allowed.
